Tenuta Cialdini, the heart of hospitality
All Cleto Chiarli wine-tourism experiences take place at Tenuta Cialdini, in Castelvetro di Modena, owned by the Chiarli family for over 140 years. The estate extends across more than 50 hectares of vineyards on the first hills of the Modenese Apennines, in the heart of the Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro DOC production area.
At the centre of the estate stands Villa Cialdini, a historic residence surrounded by vineyards, together with the historic Vigneto Cialdini, the source of one of the winery's most representative wines. Here, five generations of tradition meet hospitality.
The experiences
Guided Tasting: a sensory journey through our Lambrusco wines, accompanied by the winery's sommeliers, to understand the differences between Sorbara and Grasparossa and their pairings with Emilian cuisine.
Vineyard Tour: a walk among the vines to discover the link between terroir, soil and wine, from the Sorbara plain to the hills of Castelvetro. Dinner in the Cellar: an exclusive gastronomic experience pairing traditional dishes with our finest wines.
What you taste
Tastings cover the whole Cleto Chiarli range: Lambrusco di Sorbara, fresh, floral and with lively acidity, born from the alluvial soils of Tenuta Sozzigalli; Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro, more structured and rich in red fruit; and premium labels such as Vecchia Modena and the Vigneto Cialdini cru.
For those seeking a more vertical experience, it is also possible to discover the Sorbara Metodo Classico of the Quintopasso project, with its long ageing on the lees.

Cleto Chiarli wines are made from 100% estate-grown grapes, cultivated in the main Lambrusco areas: this direct connection with the vineyards is the common thread of every visit.
Where we are and how to book
Tenuta Cialdini is located in Castelvetro di Modena, a short distance from the centre of Modena and easily reached from the Via Emilia. Hospitality is available by reservation, Monday to Friday.
