History and Territory

The Belvedere Estate lies in Spilamberto, near the foothills of the Modenese Apennines. Its 25 hectares of vineyards stretch across flat land with deep, fertile alluvial soils, particularly suited to vigorous yet well-managed viticulture.

High planting density, combined with rigorous pruning and careful canopy management, produces Grasparossa grapes with naturally low yields.

The grapes show a marked tannic structure and high concentration of anthocyanins — ideal traits for producing high-quality Lambrusco.

This estate is the exclusive source of our Prunonero Grasparossa, produced in both frizzante and spumante versions — two interpretations of the variety sharing intensity, freshness and depth, while also highlighting the site's potential for a structured and characterful Lambrusco.

Lambrusco Grasparossa

A grape variety of great structure and intensity, grown with naturally low yields to express its full potential.

Clusters with thick skin rich in anthocyanins, which give the wine its intense colour and marked tannic structure.

Prunonero Grasparossa is born exclusively from these grapes, in both frizzante and spumante versions.

Two interpretations of the variety sharing intensity, freshness and depth. High planting density and rigorous canopy management deliver concentrated grapes rich in extract.

The result is a structured Lambrusco with real character, showcasing the unique potential of this vineyard site at the foot of the Apennines.
